We all love preparing delicious snacks for our family. No matter the occasion, having something scrumptious served on the table is always a good idea.

Honouring the big game, like the popular Super Bowl Sunday has never been easier. In addition to this, using some of these recipes for delicious Valentine’s Day snack is also a great idea.

Some of these snacks can also be used if you’re planning a party or just planning a quiet evening with your loved one while watching Netflix. February is the month of love, so you might as well use some of these quick snacks and show off your cooking skills.

Party-Ready Stuffed White Mushrooms

Whether your guests are vegans or not, everyone is sure to enjoy this healthy and quick recipe for a delicious snack.

For stuffing around 20 large-sized white mushrooms you will need the following ingredients for the stuffing:

3 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 Cup Raw Cashew Nuts
3 Organic Garlic Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 cup of Green Broth by Design
A few slices of Fresh Spinach
1 Cup Fresh Basil
1 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

Firstly, you’ll need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, use a bread toaster to toast the bread and blend it together with the cashew nuts until the mixture is powdery.

Throw in the remaining ingredients in the blender, without the olive oil. Blend everything together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

The next step is to transfer the creamy mixture from the blender to the bowl where your bread and cashew mix is. With a spoon, mix in everything while simultaneously sipping the olive oil.

Before washing and drying the mushrooms, make sure you have a baking dish ready. Arrange the mushrooms and stuff each one of them with the previously made mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes and serve your delicious snack and get ready to bring the life to the party!

Buffalo Tofu Wings

These buffalo tofu wings are crispy on the outside while being tender on the inside. It’s a tasty combination no one can resist! If you are getting ready to get your snack-on this Super Bowl Sunday without having to serve unhealthy snacks, this is the perfect recipe for you.

Ingredients:

3 12-Ounce Packages of Tofu
2 Cups Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup Canola Oil

Sauce Ingredients:

2 Cups of Bone Broth by Broth by Design
3/4 Cups Butter
Instructions:

First, prepare the tofu by draining the water from it. After its dry, use a knife to cut your 1×1 inches shapes like rectangles or squares. Then, put the cut tofu into a large plastic bag, add the cornstarch and cayenne pepper, and shake until the tofu bits are completely covered. Pour the canola oil into a frying pan add the coated tofu bits and fry until they are browned all over.

Mix the cups of Bone Broth by Design with the butter and stir continually until the butter melts, over medium heat.

Finally, place the tofu bits on a serving platter, dazzle them with the sauce mixture and serve while still warm. Yum!

Ingredients:

3 cups of cereal, any variety or combination
1 cup roasted, salted shelled peanuts
1/2 cup small pretzel shapes
3 flour tortillas, cut into 1-inch squares
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and Pepper
Other spices depending on your preference
A drizzle of freshly squeezed lime juice
Soy Sauce or Hot Sauce

Preheat the oven to 275°F and in a large bowl combine the cereal, peanuts, pretzels, and tortillas.

Melt the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Add the spices, lime juice, and the sauce of your choosing while stirring, so that everything is combined. Cover this mixture over the cereal mixture and use a spoon to toss to coat.

Bake until the tortillas are crisp, stirring two or three times during the cooking time, about 45 minutes total.

Delicious No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

These are one of the easiest cookies to prepare, requiring no baking or a lot of your precious free time. And who said cookies aren’t a snack? As a matter of fact, this is one of the tastiest snacks you can prepare with, to be honest, the least amount of effort.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
7 Dried Apricots
1 Cup of Honey
1/4 Cup Filtered Water
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips

Pour the rolled oats into a blender and blend. Then add in the slices of wheat bread, the dried apricots, the peanut butter, the honey, and the water.

Transfer the cookie dough to a large bowl and mix in the chocolate chips.

Scoop out some cookie dough and, using your hands form into a ball or use your favourite cookie shaper to get the shape that you want. As Valentine’s day is approaching, making small cookie hearts wouldn’t be a bad idea after all.
