1 1/2 cups of thick coconut milk
1 cup light coconut milk
1 small onion
2-3 green chilies
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2-3 fresh tomatoes
ginger and garlic paste

Directions

Mix the ginger and garlic paste with the bone broth powder and then cook them without water. 

In a pan mix the light coconut milk, with the cut onions. Add in the green chilies, and the peeled and cut tomatoes with the cumin seeds and bring everything to boil. 

When the milk dries add thick coconut milk and cook for a few minutes. Season to taste and enjoy this gravy with chicken or rice.

Easy Made Bone Broth Gravy

Ingredients

3 tbs of butter
5 tbs of white rice flour
1 cup of Bone Broth by Design ready
Pinch of marjoram or oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Soften the butter in a pot, then add in the flour, and mix everything with a whisk to blend. Then, add the bone broth and the seasoning and simmer everything while stirring until the mixture thickens.

Spicy Chicken Gravy

Ingredients 

2 lbs of cut chicken
6-7 red chilies
2 medium-sized onions
2 sachets of Bone Broth by Design Ready
1 ginger
1 garlic
Coriander leafs
2 tomatoes
Cinnamon stick
1 Lemon
a little bit of Tumeric powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chilies, and the cinnamon stick and grind in a bowl and grind them together. Grind the tomatoes separately.

In a cooker put a little oil and fry onions till golden brown, then add the sachets of bone broth. Once it is done add tomatoes and stir for 5-6 minutes. To this mixture add coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon, and salt. 

In the end, add the chicken pieces and cook for 25 minutes.
