1/2 cup dry black beans
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil

A pinch of chilly powder
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Soak beans in water for 6 hours, then cover and simmer the water-bean mixture for 1 hour until softened on low heat. Salt lightly and stir occasionally. Drain them when they are done.

In a pot, heat the oil and put the chopped onion. Then add the minced garlic and the cooked beans and cook for a minute or two. 

Add half of the bone broth and bring everything to a boil. Then mix everything with a hand blender. 

Gradually, add the remaining bone broth until you reach the desired consistency of the sauce. Then, season your sauce with chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients:

2 cups of Bone Broth by Design
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
celery and leek, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste

Preparation:

Put the carrot, onion, celery, and leak into the blender, then add one cup of bone broth. After blending, add the tomato paste and add the rest of the bone broth gradually until you’ve reached the desired texture of the sauce. 

Additionally, you can season the sauce to taste.

1 leek, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped

1 anchovy, chopped

5 tbs butter
5 tbs flour

Melt the butter on medium heat, then remove it, add the flour and return the pot to heat.

Stir and cook for a few minutes. Then, gradually stir in the bone broth and simmer, mixing constantly until the texture is thicker. 

After that, gradually blend in the cream, then the white wine. You can season this sauce to taste and then serve it immediately.

100 g Butter 1
1 1/2 cups of Bone Broth by Design
3 tbs flour
3 egg yolks
2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbs mustard
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

In a medium saucepan melt the butter, then add in the flour and cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Then, pour the bone broth and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Stir constantly.

Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the egg yolks. Then, add the lemon juice and mustard and mix well. Put the pan back on the heat and let cook for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
