Ordering And Payment

All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 5 PM EST once a payment is cleared (PayPal payment method clears the same day, payments outside Paypal may take 24 hours to clear). Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed next business day.

Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).


Priority Shipping (Domestic US): Orders shipped via Priority Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from ship date.


International Shipping: We are shipping International and we offer two different choices: Standard with delivery 8-16 business days and Express delivery – 3 days.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re confident in the taste and quality of our products.  If for some reason, Broth By Design is not for you, just call us at 1-800-655-0048. We can help customize your order to better fit your needs. If that doesn’t work for you, you can return the products back to Broth By Design for a full refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping and handling fees).


This policy is only valid within 30 days from the ship date and only available for items purchased directly from the www.brothbydesign.com website. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Broth By Design unless there was a shipping error or product damage. Our refunding policy applies only for unopened products in sellable condition, returned back to us within 30 days. Refund is made upon receipt and verification.


How to Return Your Product


1. Please just call us first at 1-800-655-0048 for additional information necessary to return order and to process the credit.


2. Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. To ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on in the front the original invoice. Please note that Broth By Design is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. Our refunding policy applies only for unopened products in sellable condition, returned back to us within 30 days. Refund is made upon receipt and verification.

4. Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 30 days to process a return and credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of an order, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.


Important Note:


Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.

If you purchased Broth By Design products at a store/doctor/spa/salon, please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.


Shipping Errors and Damages


Please call us right away at 1-800-655-0048 if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next.
